SheddyBuddy Return & Refund Policy

At SheddyBuddy™, we want you (and your pet!) to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original condition
  • In its original packaging

If the item has been used, damaged, or altered, we may not be able to approve the return.

 

Return Eligibility

You may request a return for the following reasons:

✅ Wrong item received

✅ Damaged on arrival

✅ Defective product

✅ Item not as described

✅ Unopened/unused item no longer needed

 

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used grooming tools (for hygienic and safety reasons)
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Orders outside the 30-day window
  • Clearance or final-sale items

 

How To Start a Return

To begin a return, email our team with the following:

Subject: Return Request – Order #XXXX

 

Please include:

  1. Your order number
  2. The email used at checkout
  3. A brief description of the issue
  4. Photos or video (if product is damaged/defective)

 

Our support team will respond within 24 hours.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the mistake is on us (defective, damaged, wrong item):
    ✅ We cover return shipping OR offer a free replacement.
  • If the customer changes their mind or ordered the wrong item:
    ❌ Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


 

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be changed or cancelled.

 

Delayed / Missing Packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or incorrectly delivered by the carrier:

  • We will assist you in filing a claim
  • We may offer a replacement depending on the situation


SheddyBuddy is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” but not received.

If this occurs, please contact the carrier and then email us so we can help.

 


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:


✅ We will replace it at no cost

OR

✅ Issue a full refund (your choice)


Please send photos of the issue so our quality team can review it.

 

 

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong item received
  • Product defects
  • Shipping damage
